Storytelling Foundations is a four-week, in-person, immersive experience designed to help you understand and practice the craft of storytelling in a close-knit, supportive environment.

Whether you're preparing for a presentation, strengthening your personal voice, building confidence as a speaker, or simply looking for a creative outlet, you'll learn the essential tools of effective storytelling and apply them to your own experiences.

Through guided exercises, feedback, discussion, and practice, you'll develop stories that are authentic, compelling, and ready to share with others. No previous storytelling experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to explore your own experiences in a new way.
